Programs
Cheer Dynamics Camp instructors work with children individually and in groups to introduce campers to cheerleading. This is an ideal camp for anyone who views cheering as a personal goal or for kids looking to have some great summer fun. Campers work on developing skills as well as the ability to work well in groups in a safe and fun environment.. Activities include age-specific games, fundamentals training, basic tumbling, core strengthening, jumps, dances, and conditioning. All genders are welcome to participate. Open to children between the ages of 5 and 16. Must be at least five by July 1, 2025 to participate. Camp runs from MONDAY to THURSDAY, from 1pm to 4pm at the Multi Service Center indoor gym, 124 Grand Street, Hoboken. Open to both Hoboken residents and non-residents.

Note:
Campers should wear comfortable athletic clothing, sneakers (no other footwear can be worn), have hair in a pony tail, and remove all jewelry prior to the start of class. Please make sure your child has a labeled water bottle.
